Its My Birthday...

Cool  breeze blowing…
Everyday,
Like wind is celebrating
Its birthday.
She invited all, except the dust,
Because she didn’t  want, anyone to disturb
Sky, Moon, Star, Rain,
everyone was there.
Just to capture the moment,
lightening – A professional photographer was also there.
As the wind-blow the candle off
All clapped and sang B’day song.
Lightening was clicking…
this glorious moment,
though the moon was shinning less than half,
he preferred smiling rather than laugh.
Here on earth,
Sensual dance of trees with breeze,
Were stirring honey in my soul,
Standing on my roof top,
I was witnessing this metaphor…

  1. That is such a beautiful expression. Simply loved these lines,

"Though the moon was shinning less than half,
he preferred smiling rather than laugh."

Ending of the poem is brilliant!
